I find Yes Car Rentals great to deal with. I like dealing directly with the rental company and find them very helpful. Cars are clean and go well. Their prices are competitive. I travel to Auckland a bit and always use Yes Rentals.

Best rates in town! Zero hassle! Easy online check-in which means no wasting time at the pickup point. Drop off was nice and smooth as well. Was really sceptical because of the reviews on google, however, they do not try to scam you or anything like the negative comments say.

Yes Rentals was easy to deal with from start to finish. The Auckland Airport staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle pick-up was straightforward. The car was clean, drove well, and the price was good compared with other companies. Overall a really smooth rental experience and I’d definitely use them again.

Amazing, I hire cars a lot from Auckland and this is my favourite, I have now used them 3 times and won’t go to another company. Great pickup service from/to airport and friendly staff and so efficient - between getting to check in centre and leaving is only 5 minutes

We hired the Toyota Aqua and it was nothing but a simple and great experience! I did so much research into rental companies and I’m glad I did, everything was easy through yes rentals. I recommend getting the $0 excess cover all is covers any issues you might come across

Great service! The office is not right at the airport, so they pick you up and then drop you off, very convenient! Also, it’s way cheaper than other rentals, maybe because the cars are a bit older (which is not a problem for us). Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely choose them again!

Smooth and easy process with them! Car is good

Rented a people mover (Velfire) it was good. Just serviced on the day we pickup. We had like 10 days South to North Island trip. No issues with the car. Drives well. Customer service is great as well. They answer all your questions either by call or face to face. Even though it’s not in the airport terminals, Shuttle bus is provided.
