We had a wonderful experience with Yes Rentals for our 3 week trip around South Island. We rented a Toyota Aqua Hybrid and it was very fuel saving and sturdy throughout our whole trip. Definitely will use their service again!

100% recommended. Great prices, esp. off-season. Who needs a near-new car that the big players like Hertz or Avis with the added inevitable cost. I just want a car from A to B while I was in ChCh. Go for a hybrid by the way.....very fuel-efficient! I had a mini-crisis missing my flight, necessitating last-second after-hours pick-up from airport and the company actually picks up calls and very efficient in dealing with my stressful predicament. All the staff (all Chinese it seems) are pleasant and friendly. Also....left my very expensive camera on the carpark tarmac in the dark in my haste and it was there in their office the next day after very honest customer found it to my huge relief. Testament of the customer and the company's honesty. Will use again for sure.
