Very easy documentation and quick service, reasonable price.

If you are looking for a affordable car rental, you can't go wrong. Have been using them for a few years now when coming home from Australia to visit.

Very good service, easy, polite, helpful. Good cheap car to use. Recommend yes rentals

We had a great experience with Yes Rentals! Lily picked us up from the airport as soon as we called (used the free black phone at the Queenstown airport). I accidentally booked for Auckland instead of Queenstown and called the Queenstown office the day before and they swapped it right away which was extremely easy and efficient. I choice a hybrid car since NZ fuel is so dear and we did a lot of driving. We dropped off our rental and the shuttle arrived to take us back. Our friends recommended Yes rentals and I’ll definitely be using them again! Thanks!

Staff were kind and explained the rental details clearly. It made the whole thing feel easy.

Check in and out process was super seamless, vehicle was in decent condition and everything was perfect. Thank you.

First time in NZ and had a great experience with Mia at Yes rentals. We requested for a change in vehicle and she worked her magic with making it happen without making it difficult. She also took some time to help install the kids seats. Highly recommend. Also had a nice encounter with driver Dacy who was very friendly and my trip back to the airport was very prompt.

Driver & rental service very nice ! Great deal

Got Toyota Aqua, clean and nice to drive Save fuel

Great help, I made a mistake and the lovely lady managed to fix it

Very easy to navigate from airport to rental place via shuttle bus. Service was also great :)

Big props to Dacy, our shuttle bus driver! After realising I left behind my hat in our rental, he drove all the way back to the YesRentals branch to get it for me. absolutely legend.

Great service by Dacy who dropped us off at the airport from the rental shop. Polite and punctual. Definitely will book again from them.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with YES Rentals and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable car rental service in New Zealand. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The prices were very reasonable compared with many other rental companies, but the quality of the service was still outstanding. All of the staff I dealt with were incredibly friendly, patient, welcoming, and professional, and they genuinely made me feel well looked after throughout the whole rental process. The car itself was very clean, tidy, comfortable, and in excellent condition when I picked it up, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the free airport shuttle service, which was convenient and made getting to and from the rental location so much easier. The entire process, from picking up the vehicle to returning it, was straightforward and efficient, with no unnecessary hassle. It’s not often that you find a rental company that combines such affordable prices with genuinely great customer service and well-maintained vehicles. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience with YES Rentals and would definitely choose them again for my next trip. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so pleasant and easy. Highly recommended!
