2. Please exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign of “Off-site Shuttle Transfers” to all shuttle waiting zone (The walk takes approximately 5-7 minutes).

Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle.
Please wait outside Door 7, in front of Jetstar Departure.
Our white shuttle vans will arrive around 10-15 mins. Remember to signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.

Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

Domestic Terminal:
Please exit through Door 8, located at the Jetstar check-in end of the terminal. Use the pedestrian crossing on the far left of the terminal, cross to the other side, and wait at the Collection Shelters for the shuttle van.
Please look for the shuttle displaying the “Airpark” or “Heartland Hotel” sign.

International Terminal:
After clearing customs, please exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, then walk under the covered canopy walkway. Follow the signs for “Off-site Shuttles” to the shuttle waiting zones.
Please note that the waiting area is an open area (not under cover) and the walk takes approximately 5–7 minutes.
Please look for the shuttle displaying the “Airpark” or “Heartland Hotel” sign.

The shuttle usually arrives within approximately 15–20 minutes after your call.

Please note that all off-hour pick-ups must be arranged in advance. If you have not completed the online check-in and payment, we will be unable to arrange the off-hour service, which may result in you being unable to collect the vehicle on time.

To avoid any disruption to your travel plans, please make sure to complete the online check-in and payment in advance if you require an off-hour pick-up. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
