Please ensure that you are at the airport & have cleared customs & security before requesting the shuttle.

Our shuttle is available on demand - there's no need to arrange your shuttle prior with us to your arrival at the airport.

Working hour Pick-up instruction (Between 08:00am – 06:00pm):

1. Once you have collected your luggage please call 0064 3420 2878 and let us know that you're ready to be picked up by our shuttle. Usually, the shuttle bus will arrive around 10-15 mins. (Depending on the traffic conditions).
2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Yes Rental Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.

Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up from the airport is 17:45. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up between 17:45 to 07:59, the 45NZD off hour services fees will be applied.

Off-hours pick up instruction (Between 06:01pm-07:59am)

1. If you are collecting your vehicle after our business hours of Between 06:01pm-07:59am - you will need to contact us (info@yesrentals.co.nz) at least two working days in advance of the pick-up, to completed the online check-in. All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $45.00 (including airport transfer).
2. Once prearranged, when you arrive at Queenstown Airport you will need to call us on 0064 3420 2878. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins - using the credit card you have supplied when add on the online check-in. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card. The pick up locations for our after hours provider are the same as noted above.
3. If you fail to pick up at off hour, the car will be ready for pick up until next day 11:30am at our branch.
   

Please prepare and show your Driver's License, passport(only for international Travelers), and credit card when you meet our friendly staff at the store.

Auckland Domestic Airport: (Fly from local City of New Zealand)

1. Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle (0064 3420 2878).
2. Please make your way to Door 8 of the Domestic terminal, near Jetstar. You will see a shuttle area.
3. Please wait for the white shuttle vans which has Yes Rental logo on the body and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.

Auckland International Airport:(Fly from Oversea City of New Zealand)

1. Once you have collected your luggage please call for collection by our courtesy shuttle
2. International Domestic: Please make your way to Door 11 of the International terminal, to your left past McDonalds. You will see a shuttle area.
3. Our white shuttle vans will arrive around 10-15 mins. Remember to signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection.

For working hour drop off (08:00-18:00), please return the car to address: 120 Greenwood Road, Mangere, Auckland (Cnr Ascot Rd & Greenwood Rd)

For Off-hour drop off (18:00-07:59), please return the car to address: 26 AIRPARK DR, MANGERE, AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND

If you delay or drop off out of the office hour, it will charge you NZ$45 for after-hour service, and an extra rental fee may apply.

After you drop off the car, the free shuttle bus will take you to the airport as soon as possible. Thanks.
